Ralph W. Neighbour Jr. has been involved in the cell church movement since 1969. He was the pastor of "The People Who Care" in Houston from 1970-1980. He and his wife, Ruth, served as missionaries in Singapore and Viet Nam. Ralph is the author of 32 books and has consulted with cell church movements around the world for many years.

Campus College
Our Campus College is situated at Little Falls Christian Centre in Roodepoort, South Africa. This is a neighbouring city to Johannesburg in the Gauteng province.

Distance Learning
This study option is available to individual prospective students (or a married couple) living outside a radius of 80km from the Campus College. The same curriculum as the Campus College is followed. Students can start at any time.

Satellite Colleges
The prospect of launching Satellite Colleges off-campus is one of the most exciting recent innovations in CACE. Satellite Colleges are already functioning locally in South Africa and internationally.

Curriculum

First-Year Programme - Certificate in Ministry
The first-year programme intends to establish in students the Biblical foundation necessary to support their personal life and ministry. This is done through teaching the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith, and acquainting students with a basic knowledge of the Word of God.

Second-Year Programme - Diploma in Ministry
The second-year programme is geared to equip believers with further dynamic Word-based knowledge for active involvement in the practical aspects of ministry, empowering them to become effective workers and ministers in the Church, as well as in society.

Third Year Programme - Advanced Diploma
The third-year programme is designed to help students respond to God’s call, encouraging them to accept the responsibilities and obligations of servant-leaders in God’s kingdom. This should position them to effectively face the spiritual, social and other challenges facing individuals and communities today.

Christian Counselling School
There is an ever-increasing demand for well-equipped counselors. The focus here is more on personal development than academic information.
